DEPOSITS
To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking or pre-booking for services $30 or more. Alternatively, a credit card must be on file. No exceptions will be made to this policy. The deposit serves to secure your chosen date and time, and failure to submit it will result in the reservation not being finalized. The deposit amount will be applied towards the total cost of your service. Any cancellations made on the same day as the appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur a cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
At Delia Skin & Beauty Spa, we understand that unexpected delays can occur. Kindly send a courtesy text or call if you anticipate being late for your scheduled appointment. We offer a 10-minute grace period; however, clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment.
CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY
At Delia Skin & Beauty Spa, we understand that unexpected events can occur. To avoid a cancellation fee, please ensure that you cancel or reschedule your appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost. No-call/no-show appointments will require full payment for the scheduled service. Confirmation emails sent upon booking will allow you to easily modify or cancel your appointments. For any urgent communication, please text or call us directly; do not use email for these matters.
Failure to notify us of a cancellation or no-show will result in full payment of the booked services and may necessitate full payment at the time of future appointments or a ban from booking with Delia Skin & Beauty Spa.
